1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or expired product.
  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare/cosmetic items.
  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery.
  • Items without proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at koreancosmeticscorner360@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return.
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions from our support team.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  • You must send the item back to our return address (shared via email).
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • Returned items must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

4. Refunds

We issue refunds only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong or damaged product and returned it as per our policy.
  • The item is out of stock after you place the order.
  • You canceled a prepaid order before it was shipped.

Refund Methods:

  • For prepaid orders: Refund will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
  • For COD orders: No refund unless product is damaged/wrong and returned.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team. Once an item is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

6. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for the same product if:
